Kerala, being an estounding state of india, has its own culture and tradition in which, the most important one is onam. It is a harvest festival celebrated all over kerala. It is one of the fesrivals celebrated with most number of cultural elements. Some of them are vallam kali, pulikkali, pookkalam, thumbi thullal, attachaamayam etc. Vallam kali is seen and participated by lakhs of people including foreigners. It is a boat race done in the backwaters of kerala. Likewise, pulikkali is also a cultural event witnessed by lakhs of people where they paint themselves as tigers and dance on behalf of the whole city.
